Nutmeg (used to get high by some) question?!

Question: Nutmeg (used to get high by some) question?
I have read on google that nutmeg can get some people high. I tried it on wednesday (2 flat tablespoons) and drank it down with some Monster. It worked after around 5 hours and it felt great, but as it all started to ease down I felt more sick, but now Im recovering.
I'm thinking of having another 2 tablespoons later tonight, but will that be too much for 3 days?
Please answer only if you know! I wont care about 'omg how stupid' comments.

Also I'm 154lbs and 5''6ft. in case you're wondering about weight and dosage..

Answers:

i've read up on this before. i haven't tried it though... but i suggest you check out this website:

www.erowid.org

that's where i've done a lot of research on highs etc.

this is the nutmeg link: http://www.erowid.org/plants/nutmeg/nutm…

there is also lots of write ups of experiences and preparation methods etc in the experience vaults: http://www.erowid.org/experiences/subs/e…

as for the health thing, it wont be fantastic on your stomach/intestines. but not bad. like with hot curries and other spicy things it will make your poop a bit... 'off'
although i cant remember if its a herb or a spice... either way it'll just be a bit sick feeling as you have described.

the only reason i could think of not to use eat it again would be that it might not be as potent this soon after the last time. some natural drugs dont work at all 2 days in a row (like baby woodrose/morning glory seeds).

so give it a go. it wont kill u.

This is a quote from Huffington Post re: toxic foods:

Nutmeg

What could hurt you: Nutmeg is actually a hallucinogenic.

How much can kill you: Yes, you can trip on it, but it's said that eating just 0.2 oz of nutmeg could lead to convulsions, and 0.3 oz could lead to seizures. Eating one whole will supposedly lead to a type of "nutmeg psychosis", which includes a sense of impending doom.

Is it really worth it?

I've heard about it,my mother used it quite often cant say I was affected, be careful
