I was thinking of trying lobster, this resturant has both Maine and California fresh, which one is better?!

There is no comparing, Maine has the best Lobster. *High-end* restaurants in California serve Maine Lobster and people will have it flown to them all over the world..
It can be expensive though, depending where you live.
Maine Lobster has a sweeter taste.
I was watching an episode of Kitchen Nightmares with Gordan Ramsey. He was screaming at the head of the restaurant whose menu said "Fresh Maine Lobster" when he was actually cooking Canadian Lobster. He said Maine was the best....
Either one will be delicious as long as it has been properly prepared. I can't tell much of a difference between the ones I have tried.

Love it, I have heard that Maine are the the best but only from hearing it through the films . I have no idea where ours are caught not all that concerned as long as I can buy them occasionally.
I believe CA lobsters would be without claws (which have alot of meat) and Maine is known for it's lobsters so I would go for Maine. With some melted butter...mmmm.
