Sausages or Bacon? If you HAD to choose? ;)?!

sausages, because you can use them in:
toad in the hole
BANGERS AND MASH :-D
hotdogs
fry-up
sausage sandwich (with sauce)
a topping on jacket spuds
paella
chopped up and put in pasta
so much more! but yeah, bacons pretty much only good for butties or fry ups.... unless you do chicken wrapped in bacon, i guess :-D
I enjoy both bacon and Sausages but it really depends on the brand of sausage. For example I hate cheap sausages with bits of rusk in. My favourite are Tesco finest with flavours such as pork and leek, chilli and also Lincolnshire. As you say sausages can be used in many dishes which is great. Bacon however is also amazing. I think the best thing to do is have them togeather to get the full benefits. But if I was standard on a desert Island I would have to chose Bacon as long as it was well cooked, brown and slightly crisp.
I would choose bacon because you can put it on basically everything. With sausage, its not the same.

I like them both, but I really enjoy turkey or veggie bacon and sausages. I especially like turkey sausage mixed with Zatarain's jambalaya mix--YUM!!!

I have them both only on occasions though - makes it that bit more special.

Bacon though I do like sausage rolls
