Why does leftover spaghetti taste so nasty?!

Question: Why does leftover spaghetti taste so nasty?
Answers:

Usually 2nd day pasta is better than fresh. If it tastes nasty you either have it too dry (I always save some pasta water to add when reheating), it wasn't kept covered in the fridge and it picked up some odors or it wasn't good to begin with.

I've never heard of leftover pasta tasting bad and I have been Italian for 64 years.

It shouldn't taste nasty. I always make my lasagna a day before I need it because we prefer it reheated the next day after all the flavours are absorbed. I save left over spaghetti bolognaise and have it on toast.
You must be doing something wrong.

To me it tastes nicer.
Maybe it's the way you cook the spaghetti, or if it's tinned?
Think about the sauce you may be using, or if you have or haven't kept it in the fridge.

tht is your opinion to a lot of people spaghetti tastes better the second day than the day its cooked

word of afvice make enough food that will be eaten in one day DO NOT SAVE ANYTHING
