Are they making cereal harder now?!


Question: Are they making cereal harder now?
Feels like when I go out and buy a box of cereal I am having a tougher time trying to eat it lol. Feels like they make cereal so hard now that every time I eat it I end up blocking out all hearing and tearing up the roof of my mouth in the process...not a very good experience and I am not talking about cheap brands ether its the regular ones, like coa coa rice crispies. I wont even attempt to eat something like fruit loops or trix anymore. Did someone complain that they make cereal too soft or something?

I have not noticed this because I wait for mine to get soggy

lol this is random, but ive found the same thing. I bought a box of Captain Crunch, and it just cut up all the top of my mouth. Ive noticed that with a few other cereals too. Im not sure why.. but I don't remember it happening as a kid. I usually just eat shreddies and they dont seem to bother me

Cap 'n Crunch is the worst for tearing up the roof of your mouth. I've been eating cereal for years and Cap 'n Crunch has always done that. So I don't think it's anything recent.

No I don't notice any difference

I haven't noticed this either. Perhaps you got a stale expired box.
