Eating whole wheat anything...the drier and more tasteless, the better

No milk! It has fat in it. No butter - butter is fat. No fruit! It has natural SUGAR in it (not good for your glucose level)...

No nuts - they are 50% fat

I guess, when it comes down to it, you are allowed to eat all the newspaper you want as long as you can hack the ink.
