How to make my Ricotta cheese taste better?!
Hey Im making lasagna and I have to add some ricotta cheese. Last time I made this dish the ricotta tasted really bland and didnt appeal to me much. And suggestions on what will make it tast better? Its a pesto lasagna dish. Mixing cream cheese and ricotta any good?

Using seasonings like mrs. Dash, black pepper, oregano etc. I do this every time I make baked zitti and lasagna.
I use ricotta cheese and some cottage cheese in mine.
I think one time on the food net work I saw someone add cream cheese
maybe just add extra seasonings
