When grocery shopping.....?!

Question: When grocery shopping.....?
When grocery shopping do you pay attention to the ingredients? Which ingredient[s] do you avoid? For example, for me if it says hydrogenated oil [found in many breads, buns etc] it goes back onto the shelf.

Answers:

you betcha!

why look at the carbs if all you are eating is poison. what ever you think you are accomplishing by eating low carbs you are taken ten steps backwards when you eat something like hydrogenated oils even partially hydrogenated oils are toxic to your body.

if it has any partially or not hydrogenated oils it goes back to the shelf faster than what I picked it up. butter, coffee creamer(liquid or powder) actually I don't us creamers. peanut butter, jelly anything with it.

I pay attention more to the amount of carbohydrates than the ingredients because I am diabetic.
