Would red velvet cake taste the same if it wasn't red?!
This is a serious question.....would it still taste as good if it was white or yellow?

since its only the red food coloring that makes it red, yes you could leave it out, it would however, taste chocolaty
you really could leave the red coloring out, in fact you could switch things up with green or blue :P and it would taste the same lol

Yes it would, it is food colouring that makes it red.
