no i haven't, but here in the philippines, cow's tounge is one favorite. :))

during WW2 food was rationed in Britain an we ate many foods that we would not normally,like deer,whale and a smelly fish called snoek but the most unusual was cows udder,we had it fried in bacon fat,it was quite good but I have never seen since the war.

No, but I've had cow intestines. I'm not kidding. It's a Middle Eastern dish. You stuff them with rice and meat and vegetables.
