Why in God's name would you eat a rock? Are you some kind of Crow or Sparrow? Did you need help digesting your grilled-cheese?

It is always best to ask your doctor. There are many kind s of rocks which vary in size and composition. If they are hard one like pellets they may lodge somewhere inside your system. Don't be afraid NOT to take a dare. It doesn't make you less of a man or woman!

I would worry if it was a large rock, then it might become lodged in your intestines and that could be very painful trouble, but it won't hurt you just because you ate it.

haha, you will be fine a rock is nothing but soil natural soil, so u pretty much ate dirt haha you will be fine

it depends if the rock is like stuck some were i swallowed a quarter and 2 pennies on a dare and i was fine
