Make an interesting fruit salad by combining papaya with other favorite fruits. Just remember to make papaya the last thing you add in the salad, or the other fruits will soften up.

Make yourself a cold soup, by blending together, papaya, strawberries, and yogurt.

A delicious salsa dip can be made by combining together papaya, jalapenos, cilantro and ginger.
This dip is a great accompaniment for shrimp, scallops and halibut.

Add cut pieces of papaya to your breakfast cereal

You can also eat it with low fat yogurt, or make it a part of a green salad

Take half a papaya, de-seed it, and fill it up with a chicken or tuna salad, cottage cheese or a fruit salad.

Make a papaya/ginger smoothie - papaya, plain yoghurt, 1 tablespoon finely cut ginger, 1 tablespoon honey, juice of 2 lemons, mint leaves, ice cubes - blend & enjoy



well you can mix it withe beans and it makes a dish that has fiber you can add fruits to it and or other veggies. put some olive oil if u like .
