I received a big ripe papaya but it gives me acidity. How can I use it with food dishes instead?!

Make an interesting fruit salad by combining papaya with other favorite fruits. Just remember to make papaya the last thing you add in the salad, or the other fruits will soften up.

well you can mix it withe beans and it makes a dish that has fiber you can add fruits to it and or other veggies. put some olive oil if u like .
