Question: What can i use in a chocolate mould instead of chocolate, that [is edible &] will dry hard, yet be easy to rem?
move from the mould?

give me as many suggestions as possible....so long as they all dry to a hard texture......anything from toffee to biscuit.

also, what is the best way to ensure whats put in the mould doesnt stick to the side, but comes out easily?

Answers:

Grease the mold with butter and dust with icing sugar or cocoa (depending on colour of the insides).

My favourite mould filling was Caramac bars (if you're in the UK) melted down.
