Why do people eat cheese?!

Question: Why do people eat cheese?
Isnt cheese like mold or somthing????

Answers:

Bascially no it's not mould, although some cheese has mould injected into it, or develops mould on its own.
CHeese is just hardeneed fermented milk from cows, goats, sheep, or you can make it frm soybeans or almonds too.

I can't stand cheese, except cottage cheese.
Cheese is hard and tacky and has no fibre at all, it's not hard or soft, it's just BLAH, and so gross tasting. The texture really puts me off, it's so glaggy in your mouth.

On the other hand I adore cottage cheese.

THe dairy cheese is completely gross- the rubbery hardened scum from the inside of a cow's teat.

No. Bleu cheese has mold though. I hear people eat it because it supposedly taste good. I personally hate it but you know, whatever. You might be thinking of yogurt, which is fermented milk. A lot of dairy products are in different stages of decay. If you like butter I wouldn't suggest looking up what it is.

People eat cheese because it's delicious. It's the coagulation of milk protein. Some cheeses have mold on the rind, but cheese is not mold.

People eat cheese because it's the best food in the universe.

I'm lactose intolerant and I eat cheese anyway

I love cheese, which reminds me I bought some string cheese from the store tonight.=)

i like it :) just had a grilled ham and cheese for dinner
