I l-o-o-ove crunchy things mixed into my ice cream! Yes, Moose Tracks is pretty great. Coffee Heath Bar Crunch is good, too. I like to let ice cream get a little soft (or put it in the microwave on medium for a few seconds) and then stir in pecan bits or some crumbled cookies (or both!). And a little chocolate syrup doesn't hurt, either.
I like texture in my ice cream, but not really mushy things...
