Here's a smoothie recipe for you:
Ingredients:
* 1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base)
* 1 cup apple juice
* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 1/2 cup strawberries
* 1 small banana
* 2 cups of ice
Blend, drink

Here's a peanut butter and banana smoothie recipe (add a little chocolate syrup if you like):
Ingredients
* 10 ounces skim milk or plain soy milk
* 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
* 1 medium banana
In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Use 6 ice cubes for a thicker consistency.

You can, of course, use regular milk and regular peanut butter if you prefer. Congratulations on such a good plan to have a nutritious (and yummy) breakfast every day!
What I like to do is buy bags of frozen mixed fruit/berries. (raspberries, blackberries, peaches, mangos, strawberries, etc.)
I put them in a blender and add equal parts pineapple juice and cranberry juice until all of the fruit is covered and blend.
You don't need to add any ice because of the fruit being frozen. This is very good. :)
200 cc bourbon (good for mouth bacteria)
1 banana for the color(colours are good for my mood)
makes me feel smoothy
Here is one i have every morning:
Orange juice
Apple Juice
1 small banana
Pineapple Juice
Mango Juice
Milk
Just mix it all together in the blender.
Its really yummy. i hope i have helped!
