Should I have eaten healthier?!
-a bowl of Couscous (or however you spell it)
-A taco with lettuce and cheese
-a snickerdoodle
-A glass of orange juice
-Some strawberry yogurt
-Sweet pickles
-Chocolate milk
-a little bit of marshmallow fluff
I'm not sure why I ate the marshmallow fluff, I was hungry and it was in the pantry...
Anyways, should I have eaten less? Or healthier?

I would have eaten more veggies or fruits to even it out.
Na, it's ok. Varied indeed. A bit too much sugar perhaps if the doodle is a Snicker bar or other chocolate bar. Chocolate milk is full of calcium so that is good. Unless you piles on more sugar.
The taco - nothing wrong with that unless it was drenched in sauces and fatty cheese.
Just eat oat porridge tomorrow for breakfast, a banana, a salad with couscous for lunch with some chicken, a carrot for a snack and some hummus, a soup and bread for dinner. Have a glass of skinny milk if you are hungry as that was food when you were a baby, and skinny milk is filling and full of calcium and protein. This will keep your sugar cravings down all day.
You could have eaten a lot healthier. The only fresh food you had was lettuce it seems. You could have eaten some fresh fish or shrimps or even a bowl of soup with fresh tomatoes and herbs. In terms of beverages, a glass of orange juice is ok in the morning for breakfast. But later on you should drink water. You can also have tea if you like. You did not mention when you ate all this food. If you tend to have snacks every now and then, try to discipline yourself and eat at regular meal hours without snacking in between. And of course you have to sit quietly at a table to have your meals. Avoid eating while you stand up.
You shouldn't feel awful about what you ate today! It seems like this was a one off for you, and if you eat healthy and balanced diet all the other days, then you're fine! It's okay to have a junk day once in a while ;) Anyway, what you listed isn't even that unhealthy, plenty of people eat worse EVERYDAY. Seriously don't worry about it, I mean yes, you could have eaten more fruit and veg, but it was just ONE day. It's normal :)
that is a good amount of food for a girl. maybe a little more for a man. anyway, it is a good size but you could have had more fruits and veggies or some more protein.
That doesn't seem like a lot to me. But your meals could have been healthier.

thats not a lot of food....you could add some veggies then it would be a balance...and drink plenty of water.
whats a snickerdoodle? It sounds fairly healthy, if you had had some more fruit then it would be good :)
