pork of course ,the pig eats its own poo, and urine.contamination.

Pork is so lean and clean anymore that it is almost as good for you, protein and fat-wise, as white meat chicken.

Leaner cuts and grinds of red meat can be enjoyed in moderation, but they require careful cooking so they don't dry out and taste like nothing.

Ground turkey is a good substitute for things like meatloaf, meatballs, and sloppy joes.

Red meat definitely, consumption of red meat doubles your risk of colon cancer and increases drastically your risk of heart disease as well.

I do know from having an "Oscar" (a meat eating fish) that feeding him red meat makes him more aggressive.

In terms of calories and fat, white, lean pork ("the other white meat") has a bit of a leg up on a lovely, well-marbled ribeye, but in moderation, all things should be included in your diet. I wouldn't discount either in a well rounded, delicious menu.

Red meat has a lot of protein wich is good for active people but it's high cholesterol and too much red meat is bad for the heart. But pork meat is a lot worse. Too much bad grease and fat on it. Not enough protiens.

no meat is actually bad for you.. too much of anything is bad for you, its just as important how you cook and eat meat, not just what you eat. lean red meat is much healthier than fatty belly pork.

I read that pork has a lot of bacteria and some of it doesn't even come out when you cook it, so I think pork is probably worse.
