Water is an excellent beverage, the best for almost any health concern! That said, a couple things to think about:

1. It sounds like you are being way too rigid and I would encourage you not to put such strict rules on yourself. Learn to listen to your body and give it what it is asking for.

2. Water drinking is a key skin care step but is only part of the solution. Eat right, use good stuff on your face. I recommend a good soap like Dr. Bronner's, exfoliate with your wash cloth, rinse well, and moisturize with sunscreen. Use mineral makeup. Don't hide zits with goop, that will just make more zits.

3. Water isn't easy to love. If you can't totally make the water switch over, have some drinks lined up that are better than whatever you are drinking now. Nothing is as good as water, but nutrient rich drinks like milk and juice are good too. Teas offer antioxidants and can help pull toxins. Some non-fizzy drinks offer vitamins and such. All these should be allowed, but you are correct! Do try to choose water most often...maybe set a goal that you treat your water like a medicine, count it separate from your other drinks, and drink the same amount of water regardless of whatever else you drink. Stay away from drinking sweeteners, sugars, caffeine, and fake colors and flavors. If you have a soda habit, stop slowly, though, to keep from getting the headaches.

4. Regarding your weight, if you are tending your health properly in terms of food choices, activity level, you should be at your ideal weight. Switching to water may leave a calorie gap if you are drinking lots of soda, but it can only be a good thing because those are empty calories...just sugar really. Make up the calories with some lowfat milk, or some whole grain foods.

if you are not allergic to milk, then you should drink lots of milk along with the water. Water is great for you and so is milk. Milk will make you grow taller, will make your bones bigger and stronger and if you drink the 2% it will help you pack on some weight as well. You have the right idea that soda is bad, I reccomend crystal geyser brand carbonated water. These are waters flavored with a bit of natural fruit but no calories and you get the fizz like you would from a soda.

Not drinking sodas anymore, and only drinking water (or water-based drinks like iced tea) will help your skin. But you also need to consume greens/green leafy vegetables, and stay away from other processed sugars. Even with those corrections, I was still getting occasional problem areas on my skin. You know what totally cleared up my skin? ...When I started taking an omega 3-6-9 supplement, my skin changed almost overnight! I swear by this stuff now. It made my skin smooth, soft, and blemish free. :)

Water will definitely make your skin clear. It shouldn't make you lose weight, if you continue eating your veg, potatoes, meat, fruit etc. and taking vitamins and calcium then you should be fine. You're being good by not drinking soda or fizzy drinks. But if you go to a party, don't be afraid to have it occasionally but drink it through a straw.

You should be fine!

i mean, water only really flushes out your system while filling you up so youre not hungry, so what you could do is carry on drinking water as normal (which is good for your skin) and eat anyways, but as normal dont stuff yourself!

Hi, I've seen this skin care recipe book which shows you how to rejuvenate your skin with natural ingredients. Hope this helps.
