How do you neutralize spicy food after eating it?!

Question: How do you neutralize spicy food after eating it?
I love spicy food, but I notice sometimes after I eat it, it goes through my digestive system and comes out equally hot, and sometimes it doesn't.

Is there something to eat or drink that will prevent spicy shits?

Capsicum (responsible for the heat in chili) is not water soluable, so water won't work. Bread, milk, peanut butter, bread and butter will all work

Yogurt and any dairy product you fancy. Also avocado and parsley.

You can put sour cream on the food, or drink milk with it,

put on something like sour cream or lemon juice.
