1 piece of tilapia fish with 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon lemon juice
with 1 can of string beans and a diet soda.

That's about 130 sustainable calories right there. Tilapia are about 100 each, then I'd guess 20 for the breadcrumbs, and 10 for the beans (they're negative calorie anyway, you burn the calories in them just by converting them to energy). Maybe have another tilapia, they're quite small.



Doesn't sound like a lot of food. How about a little more food and drop the diet soda? Diet soda is actually really unhealthy for you. You could replace it with water, milk, or juice! Other than that it sounds like a good balance of foods.



Other than the diet soda it sounds healthy. a 4, if you had water with it or a milk or juice than Id say a 5. Diet soda is unhealthy
