Approximately.
Two small pancakes, with butter, jam, and syrup. And scrambled eggs. One glass of milk.One cup of coffee. A salad with ranch dressing. Grapes. Vanilla yogurt. Blueberries. Strawberries.

That's everything I ate today.

-Two small pancakes: 200 calories
-Butter, jam, and syrup (not sure how much of the condiments were used, so it is just an approximation): 130 calories
-Scrambled eggs (assuming it was around two eggs): 160 calories
-One glass of milk (assuming it was lowfat, and around one cup) : 120-130 calories
-One cup of coffee (with a bit of creamer and a little sugar): 60 calories
-Salad with ranch dressing (about two tbs of dressing): 140 calories
-Grapes (around a cup): 70 calories
-Vanilla yogurt: 170 calories
-Blueberries (3/4th cup): 60 calories
-Strawberries (1 and 1/4 cup): around 60 calories

Approximate total: Around 1180 calories.

I'm not sure what your height and weight is, but 1180 is usually too low. Even for weight loss, the lowest caloric intake a person should have is 1200. Anything below that usually will cause the body's metabolism to slow down to compensate for low food intake. Quantity aside though, it looks like you're eating pretty healthily. So add some protein and a few extra hundred calories and you're good to go!

educated guess? this is a stupid question, for all i know you could ate 1000 calories worth of grapes ALONE, how's that for an educated guess. You didn't say the amount of food you ate and u expect us to give you the correct amount of calories. PLEASE, BE REAL.
