Question: Hi, how can I to lose weight fast?
I am engineering student and spend most of the time studying. I am gaining weight fast because I east so much to compensate from sleeping late and so much stress in my difficult exams.

What can I do? Thanks.

To lose weight you can just cut off a body part. Lol. To lose body fat, you need to workout and deplete the energy reserves in your muscles. Then your body will burn fat for the next 22 hours to replenish energy in your muscles. Visceral fat is the first fat to be burned. That's it. And reduced calorie intake, of course. That's how your body will lose body fat. There's no other thing that works.

And I wonder what's so stressful about exams. I was never stressed and I can understand the hardest math. I don't even need to study.



You should take long walks and exercise. For example: walk home instead of taking the subway or any other transportation. Go to the gym or join a dance class or something like that. No matter what, do not starve yourself! That will just become another situation. Also try to lose weight by a natural way; exercise and eat healthy. I don't think diet pills are the right answer. cut down on the weight of the food that you eat. cut out a lot of your milk, eat bagel thins instead of white bread.
