What fruit is the most similar to grapefruit?!

Question: What fruit is the most similar to grapefruit?

I want to start a diet at the end of this week but I am not allowed to eat grapefruit because of the medication I'm on.. wondering if there is anything similar I can replace it with or go with out?

Any citrus probably you can't eat ( lime, lemon, orange, tangerine, tangelo, pink grapefruit etc)

a pomella would be the most similar but also not allowed with your medication. why don't you try cantelope or banana instead..you can have that with your meds

any citrus fruit oranges pomegranets any thing that satisfies you. maybe grapes i hope this answeres your q?
