Question: Hi, how can I losing the weight?
I am engineering student and spend most of the time studying. I am gaining weight fast because I east so much to compensate from sleeping late and so much stress in my difficult exams.

You are obviously an exchange student. If you are in the US, find some american friends to go out with a couple nights a week, and drink, heavily. Study hard but dont worry about it. I am an american living in China. I have noticed that the students here worry alot, but that worrying doesn't tend to make them study more efficiently. They sit in front of there with their books for hours, accomplishing little, and not asking critical questions, they are more concerned about doing well on the test. that is not the spirit of engineering. The asian students ive met tend to think that they get "points" for looking like they study alot. Its better to study hard, and play hard, not to sit on the fence and pretend, just a thought.... I love the students here, but it doesn't help them. Americans have there problems too, I'm not being critical, just a thought. Also fast food, and much dorm food is fattening as hell in the US.

try to start eating right. also exercise and learn english. dont drink heavily that will gain weight for you. just start running 2-3 times a week and then once you feel like you can, run more and more until you can run everyday.
