have your meat with salad instead of potatoes or rice or even pasta.
cut out bread, have oats in the morning.
eat lots of beans and legumes.
lentil soup is a good meal
chicken and fish are very good because they are high in protien and low in fat.
red meat is good but can be kinda high in fat.
