They should be fine. I would put them back in the fridge and make a point to use them up soon. To be safe just make sure to cook them all the way through, no runny yolks. You can still use them for baking.
A method of testing how good an egg still is involves a full bowl (or pot) of water. Put the egg into it. If the egg lies at the bottom on its side, the egg is fresh. If the egg sinks, but with one end up, it's getting old but is still edible. If the egg floats away from the bottom it's gone bad.
Edit: I think it's a better idea to refrigerate eggs if you don't know how fresh they are when you buy them and don't intend to use them quickly, but eggs can safely be stored at room temp and often are.

In many parts of the world, eggs are still not refrigerated.
They probably are not kept out on the counter for weeks at a time, but they are cooked or used in cooking, eaten, and, so far as we know, the eaters live to cook eggs another day.

bacteria starts to build at a high rate when food, especially raw animal products, are left out. The maximum amount of time to allow things like that to stay at room temperature is 2 hours.
