Question: How do I loses weight fast plus healthy?
I need to lose at least 50 pounds fairly quickly. I do a bit of strength training with free weights already, and I don't eat a lot of food. I don't want to kill myself, but I do need to lose the weight fast. Anyone have any good suggestions?

Strength training will do nothing in terms of losing weight, in fact, you probably will gain weight from muscle. If you want to lose weight fast you must not mind losing some muscle, because the only way to lose weight without losing muscle is doing it gradually. If you want to lose weight fast you need to do cardiovascular activity such as swimming, biking, running, boxing and dancing videos etc. Along with this you can go on a low carb diet but DO NOT make it a 0 carb diet, that will kill you. Make it at least somewhat reasonable. Partially depleting your body of carbs will force your body to get the carbs from fat and muscle, in turn losing weight.
