Question: What does smoking a Twix bar actually do?

My little brother came home from school today and told me that his friends told him all about smoking Twix bars and how it can get you high. Is this true? I watched some videos about it on Youtube and everyone looked incredibly stupid while doing it. I'm still interested though, does it actually get you high?
