I feel gross Dx I'm supposed to be gaining weight but I really don't want to! How many calories for this?

Red Velvet Cupcake (regretting!)
Lunch:
Kix cereal - 70cal
Banana
Dinner:
Skinless chicken
Instant Mashed potatoes
I'm 5'9 and 112lbs

I'm trying to gain weight too, and am 5'9 and weigh about 95 pounds which is DISGUSTINGLY THIN...i ate alot more than you did today, and am struggling to gain weight...this is not nearly enough to gain anything hun, you may not want to gain anything but its for your own good!! eat some more lean meats, nuts, cheese and fruit :) good luck xxx
You can look this all up on an online calorie counter. You hardly ate enough though and most of it is processed junk. You are quite underweight...that's what's gross.
