What snack items would you store in a "Kids Pantry"?!

Question: What snack items would you store in a "Kids Pantry"?
We are creating a snack pantry specifically for our kids. They are really independent and with time constraints, and a large family, we are looking to stock some healthy, easy to access/open snacks. There will also be a "beverage pantry" next to it, which is basically a small size refrigerator. Any fun ideas would be great. Thanks.
