Can you build up a tolerance for spicy foods?!
I used to hate adding hot sauce to my food, but now I can't get enough of the taste, I'm continually adding more and more hot sauce it seems like. Am I slowly building up a tolerance for hot sauce or is it all in my head?

I used to love a good hot curry and my brother didn't like it.
Now it is the other way around as he likes them quite hot and mine has to be mild.
