Lunch - 2 carrot sticks and 3 slices of cucumber
Dinner - 2 sticks of steamed celery drizzled with sunflower oil
I am a vegan and I NEVER eat meat, fish, carbs, fat, salt, sugar or caffeine.

First of all, why boiled and then cooled?
Second of all, sorry to say but being a vegan doesn't mean to slowly kill yourself everyday.
Either take pills that can replace the proteins and what not that you don't have but you NEED TO SURVIVE, or eat it.
You NEED fat, salt, proteins etc.. in your body.

Eat fruits, vegetables, noodles, sauces, annything! Go on the internet for ideas, but you need WAY more calories than that. How the hell could you even type that?
