Question: Do you like pork? If so, what's your favourite dish with pork included?
I like this dish my dad makes called paprika pork with cous cous, i also like bacon, but when pork is in somethings and its very chewy and fatty i hate it!! do you like it?

Answers:

There is nothing to beat a plain old style pork chop, roasted in the oven, with plenty of fat on the outside (you don't have to eat the fat if you don't want to, but it improves the cooked flavour tremendously) and, to special order from our local village butcher who kills his own pigs, one complete with kidney!!

Try these awesome pork chops.

Mike’s Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops 1/2-3/4” thick
Salt and Pepper
? C Parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 eggs – lightly beaten
1 Cup plain or Italian bread crumbs
4 T oil
1T butter

Wash pork chops, pat dry
Salt and liberally pepper the pork chops
Dip in Parmesan cheese, coat well, shake off any excess
Dip in eggs both sides, shake off excess
Dip in bread crumbs, both sides

Heat oil and butter in pan over Medium to Medium HI heat. Put pork chops in skillet; cook 6-7 minutes on each side until crisp. Don’t keep flipping them. Cook one side then the other.

Remove and serve

I'm with Emeril Lagasse, "Pork Fat Rules!!"
My favorite pork dish is country ribs, barbequed with coleslaw and potatoe salad.
Aside from BLT's.

Porks good! Look up some recipes online! I like pork tenderloin, its soft but not chewy or fatty. They even sell it already seasoned at the store so all you gotta do is throw it in the oven.
