Hi,

I understand the problem you’ve been going through when trying to lose weight and flatten your stomach. My friend was in the same situation as you, nothing seemed to work for him until he came across the truth about six-pack abs. He’s had great success with it, and maybe this is something which could be right for you. Good luck !

Two bits of bad news. One, you won't do it in two weeks. Two, you can't "spot-reduce". The good news is that muscle burns more calories than fat does, so the more muscle you build (anywhere), the less fat you will have, other things being equal. Don't rush it but start cutting down on calories and start exercising more. If you are using weights or other resistance training, go for fast light-resistance exercise with many reps to burn calories, slower, heavy-resistance exercise to build muscle. Talk to your family physician, who will be likely to suggest walking as a good starter exercise.

Eat healthy food and stay away from junk food it's filled with fat sugar and salt and it tastes goood but is not worth what it does to your body. And it makes you bloat so you feel full but an hour later you will be hungry again. Do not drink soda water is way better for your body so drink that. Eat a salad to clean your insides of the salt sugar and fat. Do about 80 crunches 80 push ups 80 squats. Jumping jacks and running for cardio. Don't get too into it though. When you a salad do not do what most people do and pour literally pour dressing all over it. It defeats the purpose of eat ing healthy. Eat foods like pasta and cereal that is actually healthy and not just full of sugar.Riding a bike tones your butt and your legs. Eat fish too do not take protein shakes if you do not work out if enough you will actually put on more weight because your body will depend on it so yeah then your body won't look good without it it makes you pick up weight. Anyways hope I helped God bless you and have a nice day.

Me

two weeks is not a good way.

The simplest thing you can do is
be more active and exercise more.
Cut back on fat, processed foods and junk food.

Exercise, particularly 'crunches' and a good diet.

Exercise, but carry on eating or you will make yourself ill. You are growing still also you have to remember that.

cardio and weight training.... it will take awhile though.

Crunches. Six inches. Sit ups. THE TWIST.
