Is pork good for you? I eat it ALL the time?!

Question: Is pork good for you? I eat it ALL the time?
I eat pork a lot, almost every day. But is it good for me? I tend to cook a shoulder joint and munch on that for a few days before cooking another one.
I can cook them really well, and they are soo tasty, but is it unhealthy or ok?
Thank you

Answers:

There is a lot of fat in pork and for daily consumption it should be removed.

I eat very little as it is so expensive and when I do eat a pork chop I will the fat, and make crackling out of the skin. I enjoy that as a special treat.

I do like cold pork in sandwiches with apple sauce.

You should try grilled pineapple rings that are nicely caramelized and use the syrup as a marinade for the shoulder roast. (super yummy)

Pork meat is poisonous. Everybody knows that. But I am German - we are eating much of it and are still alive. At the other hand pork meat is a good supplier of vitamin b12. But pork has like beef a lot of cholesterol - you should eat fish now and then - best seafish.
But a Krustenbraten is superieur.

All meat can be healthy if it's cooked right. Meat fried in grease is not healthy, but, it makes a great gravy. Broiled or grilled meat is probably the healthiest.

no i dont eat it
