Which of these are better for you?!

Question: Which of these are better for you?
Fried Egg.
Boiled Egg.
Pouched Egg.
Scrambled Egg.
Or Raw Egg?

Answers:

Fried egg- A fried egg is not the healthiest choice. It has 92 calories (which isn't bad) but it has 7 grams of fat including 2 grams of sat. fat. The butter/oil adds a lot of unnecessary unhealthiness to the egg.
Boiled egg- A boiled egg is a healthy choice. It has 75 calories and only 5 grams of fat.
Poached egg- Has around the same number of calories as a boiled egg but high in cholestorol.
Scrambled Egg- Around 100 calories and 7 gram of fat. It's okay to have them but don't add cheese. If you want to add something, add veggies!
Raw Egg- You don't want to eat a raw egg! It is likely to make you sick and it probably wouldn't taste very good.
Remember, no matter what type of egg you choose, don't add too much salt!

boiled or poached is best

raw can harbour bacteria
