Well... it says on packets of cereal and stuff that your daily calorie intake should be between 1500-2000, yours altogether added up to 980 calories so that is lower than advised. you should eat roughly 1000 more calories...my friends say they eat much more than you...your height and weight seems pretty normal though..:)

That's a horrible diet, for any living human regardless of age. Your body will go into starvation mode and begin *gaining* weight. I'm glad you are eating low-fat, but you can eat more veggies and fresh fruit as much as you want, without gaining weight.

If you are trying to lose weight, count fat grams. Deep fried veggies is not a good food because of high fat content. Fresh or steamed veggies with a little salt or spice is fine. Shoot for max 8g of fat per meal and stick with it.

To lose weight, you need to eat a sensible diet, about 1800 calories per day at least, and moderate exercise at least 20 minutes per day.

Dieting since 2009 on low-fat diet. Working out since 1985.

GO FOR BIRYANIIIIIII

ALLL THE WAYYYYYYYY

BREAKFAST LUNCH SUPPER AND DINNERR

Try eating REAL food for breakfast. Nothing is wrong with taking a vitamin though. You don't eat enough calories and are at least 10 lbs underweight.

sry but u seem anerexic i would suggest lean proteins and whole grains... more fruit, and something like yogurt or skim milk for calcium

I would try to add more fruits in between breakfast and lunch like an apple or some blueberries.
