Vitamin D is essential in helping your body hold on to Calcium, I'm sorry I meant absorb Calcium better. I still say your best source for vitamin D, is a vitamin tablet of vitamin D, it will give you your largest daily requirement w/o having to keep track of making sure you get enuf of the foods with "D" in it. B12 is another very important one, B12 is your best "Cancer" fighter, I just started both plus a regular all around daily vitamin, I get plenty of all I need now, I wish I would have started younger, instead of waiting so long to think healthy....Hope this helped.
