Hearty breakfast that fills me up really quickly?!

Question: Hearty breakfast that fills me up really quickly?
Anything healthy i could eat for breakfast that could fill me up quickly, cuz I tend to overeat :S

Answers:

Oatmeal with honey and milk
Bagel with melted cheese and peppers and onions. Or just with some like tomatoe sauce (not ketchup) and onions and peppers and ham
Fruit salad with yoghurt
Musli or granola with yoghurt or milk and a fruit or banana
Omelet with sweet chilli or peppers
Toast with boiled egg

Alpen no added sugar museli is actually really nice and i don't really like museli!! add chopped banana or whatever you want to fill you up more! also porridge and banana with maple syrup and nuts is another filling favourite of mine ;) or try having a smoothie with your breakfast, will slow you down and fill you up with good ol' healthy fruit xxx

2 slices of whole wheat low calorie toast with light butter
2 eggs

I have whole grain Cheerios with blue berries on them every morning and one cup of joe. I eat at 5:30 am and it holds me until lunch at 11:00.
