Is there any way from getting away from eating bugs in your foods?!

Question: Is there any way from getting away from eating bugs in your foods?
Is it possible? Lately I've read all this stuff about bugs being inside your food like Peanut butter, chips, noodles. I used to love Peanut Butter, now I can't even consider eating it.

I'm a vegetarian, and i'm grossed out by this. You can't do much about it, but can you get passed it?

Answers:

It's easy to psych yourself out about stuff like that. Think about it this way: If you can't see it, it's not there.

especially when it comes to bugs in your food :p

I know your a veggie but if you look into every
food like this you would not eat anything
If there are bugs in Peanut Butter I would not
think this is from the factory as the health rules
are very strict so the peanuts would have been
contaminated by bugs prior to delivery sorry
to say but a natural process

Not unless you want to grow your own food and make sure it has nothing in it. Otherwise, you just have to deal with it. I eat and drink knowing full well that there are bugs in it but I don't care. I'd eat dog if it was put before and I knew it wasn't a dog I personally knew.

it never bothered you before, and obviously it didn't you kill .. so whats the problem... and thank you for being a vegetarian , more meat for me! lol

You seem to need a new grocer as you should not get any bugs in any of them unless you are not storing properly.

unless you grown your own and wash it when you bring it in the house and make every thing your self no

Just deal with it. Im a vegetarian and have no issue. Bugs are pests and hey it's extra protein ;p

look at it as extra protein
