If I drink a glass of milk everyday for maybe a month will I grow taller?!

Question: If I drink a glass of milk everyday for maybe a month will I grow taller?
Answers:

Contrary to popular belief, milk is not good for bones. Studies have shown that it is more likely to leech calcium from your body that contribute to it. The countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis are the ones with the most cow's milk in their diets. Those "Got Milk" ads are paid for by milk companies and prey on those who don't inform themselves enough to know not to trust everything they see on TV.
That said, you're genes can only be impacted by diet to a minimal degree. If you want to add calcium to your diet in the hopes of growing, drink soy, rice, or almond milk. But again, there is no solid evidence to suggest a strong correlation between diet and projected growth.

It depends. I have been drinking whole milk for years and I'm 5'2. (I'm 14) however, I am a vegetarian. If you eat meat and drink milk this will definitely help you grow. also, if you feel like it exercise helps a lot and makes you taller :)

Depends on your age but probably not.
Try jump ropes.
Many people grew several inches in like 2months (including me).
And plus milk can make your fat (if you don't exercise) or muscular.

yep, each month you drink a glass of milk every day, you grow an extra inch.

I've been drinking milk every month for the past 10 years. Used to be 5'2", now I'm more than 15 feet tall.

not sure but if you wanna grow taller DO NOT drink coffee it stunts your growth!!
