Where do i find a multivitamin (candy) that contains zinc, iron, biotin to increase my height.?!
Answers:
None of those things will make you taller, although being *seriously* deficient in calcium or other vitamins and minerals in general could.
The main thing to do to get to the full height your particular genes will allow is to be sure and get plenty of protein while you're still growing...check out my previous answer for more about that:
At a health food store, like GNC you can find gummy multi-vitamins and such. If you mean something that will make you taller fast, I don't think anything like that exists.
Primarily your height is determined by genetics, although my family the women did inch up three inches in the past couple of generations but that can happen with better living conditions. Didn't make our weight better though.
check the labels... health food store. you can buy those supplements separate if you think they'll help.
