Question: What's your favorite dessert?

Panna cotta, tres leches, leche flan, 4-tier chocolate cake, pastillas de leche, symphony of fruits and so much more to choose from :S

Answers:

Nothing beats a slice of rich chocolate mud cake with some vanilla ice-cream.

Close second is carrot cake with creamcheese icing.

I also love pie with ice-cream; apple, berry, rhubarb.... this question is making me hungry!

Chocolate Charlotte. When I make it it gets me an ovation when I bring it to the table. Simple and spectacular.

Chocolate sundai, cookies and cream icecream, or icecream cake

Tiramisu or trifle with sherry in it. Boozy puds go down well with me. Also hot toffee pudding and a good rhubard crumble will do the trick. Yumm!
