Answers:

im gonna guess on what i remember from looking at sale papers for grocery stores on a few of them, i dont buy all of that regularly. though the grocery store type items you might be able to find on www.safeway.com, they do home deliveries here, so they have an online grocery store.

reeses, cookies and cream bar, fast break- depending on where you buy them, can be anywhere from 44 cents, to a dollar.
mcdonalds cheeseburger- cheapest is 99 cents, a big filling one i think is around 4 dollars.
mcdonalds large coke- 1.79? and i dont go to that face food a lot, so im not sure if you can still supersize
large fries- 2 bucks? ish?
poptarts- anywhere on sale from 2 for 5, to 4 dollars.
dr pepper- we dont really buy it single can, unless youre in the ghetto. a 20 oz plastic bottle is reg price around 1.49, a 1liter is usually on sale like, EVERYWHERE, 2 for 2.99, and a 12 pack of cans is usually normally 4.99
a regular cheeseburger from in-n-out- about 2 bucks. though if you go to in-n- out i suggest to check out the secret menu and order a double double animal style, with animal style fries and a neopolitan shake. itll set you back, i wanna say 7 or 8 bucks, but its basically the holy grail of fast food meals and totally worth it.

also i really hope you enjoy america, we arent nearly as bad as outsiders make people believe. i have a friend coming to the us in june from australia too, unfortunately to neglected to realize that LA is about 7 hours away by car from where i live so i probably wont get to see him. lol

im a californian, i know in-n-out

in the US, prices vary GREATLY depending on location & competition.
near me (upper midwest):

2-pack of reeses: around $0.60
mcdonalds cheeseburger: about $1
large coke from Mcdonalds: about $1 usually, and no
large fries: about $1.50
poptarts: about $3
Dr Pepper: about $0.40 in a supermarket, about $0.75 in a machine
don't have in-n-out burger, so don't know
not sure what a hershy's cookies & cream bar is
not sure what a reeses fast break bar is.

Reeses- $1
Cheeseburger- normally its a $1 but on mondays and wednesdays its only 69 cents :)
Lg. Coke- $1.80
Lg. Fries- $2
box of poptarts- $2.50
a can of dr. pepper- 89 cents
hersheys for a king size is $1.25
