It's called Jerk seasoning or a Jerk rub
Here is one variation
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together the dried onion, thyme, allspice, ground black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt. Coat meat lightly with oil, then rub seasoning onto meat.
It's Jerk sauce and you can buy it in a bottle at the store. I think Lawry's does a version that's pretty good. The key is to marinade the meat over night so the flavor is at its strongest.
Serve with some kind of rice... I make coconut jasmin rice (replacing half the water with lowfat coconut milk) and scallions. I also serve some fruit and some flat bread with it.
