What should I eat for a snack right now?!


Question: What should I eat for a snack right now?
So I'm hungry for little snack right now. I don't know if I should eat something salty or sweet. Can anyone help me out? Thanks! :) P.S. this is the first question I've ever asked on here. :)

Hmm... you could have:
- Pita bread with hummus
- Celery with peanut butter
- Nacho chips with cheese melted on them
- Cheese and crackers
- Peanut butter cracker sandwiches
- Apples with cheese or peanut butter
- Banana with peanut butter
- Bowl of Special K with skim milk
- Toast with peanut butter and/or jelly
- Scrambled eggs
- Chips with salsa
- A smoothie
- Frozen hot chocolate (it's actually really good)
- Pretzels

Bananas fill you up without filling you OUT! They are a great snack food although I prefer salty to sweet and would probably go for a hunk of beef jerky.



I think, maybe don't eat a snack. Its bad for you!
