Hi,

I understand the problem you’ve been going through when trying to lose weight and flatten your stomach. My friend was in the same situation as you, nothing seemed to work for him until he came across the truth about six-pack abs. He’s had great success with it, and maybe this is something which could be right for you. Good luck !

I have the same problem. Really it's a matter of genetics, and you can't fight it. I call mine "baby fat" because I've had it since I was a small child. I have found that eating less and doing plenty of abdominal AND lateral exercises seems to help decrease the "lump" though. The lats are important because they are the supporting muscles to that area of the abdomen. Good luck to you! :)

eat less, exercise more

sit ups, crunches, etc, stuff that works that part of your body are your best choice for exercises.
