Best Baguette Fillings?!
I have lots of petit pains!! what are some fab fillings or lunches i can create with one?

Cream cheese & smoked salmon
Tomato, Basil & Provolone cheese
or if you want something sweet... chocolate & raspberries, caramel, nuts & strawberries
Egg mayonaisse is my current obsession:
2 boiled eggs
3 heaped table spoons of mayonaisse
2 tablespoons of capers
Pinch of black pepper
1 t smoked paprika
Mash with a fork and spoon into your bagette
