Mmm.. I love fruit! I think my favorite combo would have to be strawberries, bananas and pineapple. I just tried it a few weeks ago and it was really good!

Raspberry Mango Salsa:
6 oz. raspberries
1 mango, peeled and diced
3 scallions, trimmed and sliced thin
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. corn oil
1 Tbsp. slivered mint
? tsp. salt
? tsp. pepper
